Jericho Farms is a wholesale nursery serving landscape professionals, independent garden centers, rewholesalers, nurseries and municipalities along the East Coast.  Our Wholesale Division does not sell to the public.  Click here for our retail sales page.

Pricing – All wholesale prices are F.O.B. Jericho Farms.  To qualify for wholesale prices, customers should be landscape professionals, independent garden centers, rewholesalers, nurseries or municipalities.  When purchasing for the first time, a Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption Form may be requested. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Terms – All orders are COD unless credit arrangements are made in advance of the shipment.  We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.  Credit cards payments will be assessed a 3% fee. NSF returned checks are subject to $35.00 fee.  Applications for credit are available upon request.  Once established, accounts are due thirty days from the date of invoice.  Past due accounts are subject to service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).  All delinquent accounts are pursued aggressively with the customer responsible for all costs of collection and any legal fees incurred. We reserve the right to cancel credit at any time.

Claims – All claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of plants.  We grow quality plants; however, we cannot be responsible for plants after leaving our nursery.  We will gladly correct any mistake made by us, but in no case will our liability exceed the purchase price.  Any shortages or breakage of plants must be noted by our truck driver on the return copy of invoice.

Orders – Orders may be placed via our website, by phone, or by email.  Branded material plant tags are provided at no additional cost. Retail Sale style plant tags are available on any order at an additional cost per tag.  All tag information including, but not limited to, customer sku, item number, and retail price must be submitted to our office within 24 hours of placing your initial order.  Orders requiring printed plant tags are subject to service fees regarding late plant additions or late tag information.  Orders may be booked 30 days in advance with a 25% deposit. If within that 30 days arrangements are not made, the order will be voided, the plants made available for sale and the deposit surrendered to Jericho Farms as a handling/restocking fee.

Restocking Fee - Confirmed orders not received within 48 hours of expected pick up date are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee. Plants delivered but not accepted are also subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee.

B&B Orders - B&B plants are a time sensitive, perishable product that are custom dug for an order.  Therefore, any cancellations of B&B plants must be received prior to digging.  All sales are final once an order is dug.  Orders must be picked up or delivered within two weeks of notification. We reserve the right to assess an additional holding fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) until plants are picked up or shipped.

Delivery – Plant delivery is available and is quoted at the time of order. 

Pick-up – We prefer at least a 24-hour notice for all pick-up orders, however in most cases same day pick-up is available.  Our pick-up hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 11:45 am and 1:00 pm - 3:45 pm.
