Jericho Farms is a wholesale nursery serving landscape professionals, independent garden centers, rewholesalers, nurseries and municipalities along the East Coast.  Established in Wayne County, North Carolina, in 1980, Jericho Farms has over 200 acres of B&B trees and 60 acres of container shrubs & trees. Our Wholesale Division does not sell to the public.  Click here for our retail sales page.

We are proud to offer multiple varieties of branded material, including Knock Out®, Garden Debut®, Proven Winners®, First Editions®, Drift® Roses, Encore® Azaleas, and Southern Living® Plant Collection.  Strategic container crop rotation ensures product availability year-round.  Dedicated weed and pest management and intentional pruning provide a quality, consistent product offering. Stock sizes of products include:

• 3 gallon to 15 gallon shrubs
• 15 gallon and 25 gallon trees
• 1.5"- 4.5" caliper B&B flowering and shade trees
• 6' - 12' B&B Evergreens including hollies, magnolias and various conifers.

Our History

Recognizing a demand for quality plant material, Peggy and Danny VanDevender launched Jericho Farms in their backyard to complement their landscape business in 1980. Over the years, the nursery has undergone remarkable growth. While the VanDevenders have retired and sold the business to Mark and Lauren Metzler, they remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations. Our name, Jericho Farms, comes from a farm in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, where Danny's grandfather used to farm. The original sign from that farm inspires the logo.
