Ilex cornuta 'Carissa'

Carissa Holly is one of the most popular dwarf hollies that we grow. It is a dense, mounding evergreen with 2 to 3 inch long and 1 to 1.5 inch wide, pointed, glossy green leaves with a single, terminal spine. It is often used on commercial landscape jobs where it is planted in mass in traffic islands, planted in beds next to fast food drive thrus, it is also good for use in the home landscape as a low growing border or foundation plant.
