Holly, Robin

Ilex x (Holly, Robin)
Ilex x 'Robin'

Ilex x 'Conin'

Robin Holly is a member of the "red" holly family that were originally seedlings of Mary Nell Holly. They were selected for their growth habits as well as their reddish colored new growth. Robin is considered by many to be one of the more impressive of these selections due to its similrities to Nellie Stevens Holly but its smaller stature. Robin Holly is a fantastic choice as a screen planting, as accent plants on corners of taller homes or buildings, or as a specimen plant.

Smaller growing than Nellie Stevens
