Ilex cornuta 'Burfordii'

Burford holly is a large growing shrub or small tree that has evergreen foliage and a very heavy berry set. THe berries turn a brilliant red in the fall. Burford holly is a good selection for a dense screen, a back drop for a mixed border, and can be pruned to produce the look of a small tree.
